HISTORY

Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning was founded by Paul Ballance in 1996.  He entered into a Rainbow International® franchise for ten years.  After he completed the franchise contract, he decided to start his own business and created Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning.

Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning is registered as a 2011 Certified Firm with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC).  Our Operators and technicians actively engage in providing services to the consumer in cleaning and restoration and have pledged support in establishing and maintaining a professional attitude in the conduct of daily business at all times and providing the consumer with the highest degree of professionalism possible.

HOT WATER EXTRACTION PROCESS

Ballance uses a technique called “hot water extraction” which is the method recommended by most carpet manufacturers. Water is heated to a temperature up to 250°, which not only offers a deeper clean, but kills viruses and bacteria in your carpets as well.
