Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning was founded by Paul Ballance in 1996.  He entered into a Rainbow International® franchise for ten years.  After he completed the franchise contract, he decided to start his own business and created Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning.  After about two years, Paul’s interests began to change. He decided to sell the company to his employees.  

Paul’s integrity, honesty and  dedication to his business earned him a lot of success and loyal customers.  He worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards and work practices. Paul instilled these qualities into his employees. These core values are the foundation that Ballance Restoration and Carpet Cleaning was built on and continues to grow from.
